1. Cancellation by You

For individual sessions, you may typically cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled time.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be non-refundable. Please refer to the specific booking details for the applicable cancellation policy for each service.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible via phone only.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

Courses, Workshops, and Events:

Cancellation policies for courses, workshops, and events may vary. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions outlined at the time of booking or registration. These terms will typically specify deadlines for cancellations and any associated fees or refund limitations.

Cancellations made anytime after the booking will not be eligible for any refund.

Cancellations made within a shorter period may not be eligible for a refund.

Digital Products (e.g., E-books, Guided Meditations):

Due to the nature of digital products, which can be accessed immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

If you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing the digital product, please contact us, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

Physical Products (e.g., Crystals, Incense):

If you wish to cancel an order for a physical product before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

Once a physical product has been shipped, our return and refund policy (see section 2) will apply.

2. Returns and Refunds for Physical Products

Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns for physical products that are damaged upon arrival or if you received the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 1 hour of receiving your order and provide photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons and the nature of some of our products, certain items may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or incorrect upon arrival. This may include items like opened personal care products (if offered). This will be clearly stated on the product description.

In the event of a cancellation by us, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in a timely manner and offer you one of the following options:

A full refund of the amount paid.

The option to reschedule the Service or enroll in an alternative offering of equal value (subject to availability).
